To Our Dental Patients,
We continue to remain open and are now seeing patients that require emergency care at the practice.
This is by appointment only following a triage with one of our Dentists over the phone.
Initially we’ll need to give priority to those of you with dental emergencies that have been waiting for urgent treatment then we will be moving toward those of you with treatment plans awaiting essential care then eventually we hope to move on to routine dental examinations and treatment.
We’ll keep you all posted here on our plans as we move through these phases.
For further information on attending the dental practice and what to expect, use the ”dental” tab at the top of this page and look at the pages providing information. You can also view our opening hours.
In the meantime, our staff and clinicians are still manning the phones to answer your queries, offer dental self-help advice, oral health and hygiene advice, and arrange to see you for your dental emergencies on 01663 736301.
We are very much looking forward to resuming more routine services in the future and welcoming all of you back.
We want to reassure you we have followed strict infection control, risk assessment and health and safety measures provided by the Chief Dental Officer, Government Agencies, Dental Governing and Representative Bodies to ensure we treat you safely during the Covid-19 Pandemic and that our staff are also kept safe.
The Goyt Valley Dental Team
The Dental Practice remains open for telephone triage.
If you have a dental emergency or would like oral health advice please call the practice on 01663 736 301
We regret that we are still unable to offer routine dental treatment until we are advised by Public Health England and NHS England.
We are conscious that many of you are keen to resume your dental treatment so we will be sure to keep you updated if this situation changes
The practice has been built to provide dentistry for your community – who have previously found it difficult to access NHS dentistry and our aim is to provide people with an excellent service. As we increase the numbers of staff who work at the practice – more people will be able to access our services – please be patient. If you already have an NHS dentist or a private dentist that you are happy with please remain with them. If you have only just finished a treatment cycle with your own dentist – again wait until you require another check-up before contacting us.
Our aim is to provide a happy relaxed atmosphere in which health promotion and a team based way of working allow us to provide the community that we treat with excellent Oral Health.
